  This place is very close to my house. For that reason, I use it quite often (maybe once a week, at least). Because of that, I can live with the fact that my car is not 100% clean most of the time. Mostly wheels not cleaned properly and sometimes bigger marks on the rear window. Nothing that a few polishes with a cloth can't fix. I usually go for the £6 triple foam option. What I can't live with however, is their bad customer service. Today, I only had £5 cash on me and asked if I could pay for the rest (£1) with a card. They explained to me that I can't, since the minimum spend for a card is £5. Okay, so since I go there often, I asked If I could give them an extra pound next week. The answer was no. It's worth noting that there wasn't a single car before or after me. So I just reversed out and I will not be using their services anymore.

  Technically they didn't do anything wrong, but today demonstrated that customer loyalty means nothing to them.

  I alway used this car wash because convenient and cheap. I love someone do car wash for me. it 's clean inside and outside. Recommend.
